Steps
1. Start off with 20 ankle rotations.
2. Repeat with other ankle.
3. Do 20 hip (both hips), shoulder (both shoulders), wrist (both wrists), and neck rotations.
4. Do at least 50 jumping jacks
5. Do 20 squat thrusts.
6. Touch your toes 20 times.
7. The best stretches (or at least one of them) involve knee and hip rotations.
8. Make sure you do something to get your heart rate increasing-jogging on the spot,jumping jacks(upper point.)
9. Stretch as often as possible. Do this every night before going to bed and you'll see a difference.
10. Do at least 10 push-ups.
